Financial and Tax Planning, Inc. shares your concerns about privacy.  We have always realized that you have an expectation that we will preserve the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information which we must collect to provide the services you have requested that we perform for you.  The new law does not change the way that we have always safeguarded your private information; it simply requires that we notify you about the way we handle and manage that information. 

We want to assure you that we will continue to aggressively protect your interests and privacy, and that we have in no way changed our normal business practices regarding the protection of your private, nonpublic information.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.  We allow access to your private information to employees of our firm who need to know it in order to perform the services that you have requested us to provide to you.  We may share your personal information with others, such as governmental agencies, as permitted or required by law.
